Le Dr Frank est une psychologue clinicienne qui exerce actuellement à l'Enrich Relationship Center of Colorado, dans la région métropolitaine de Denver. Elle est spécialisée dans le diagnostic et le traitement du TDAH, en particulier chez les femmes. Elle est co-auteur, avec Sari Solden, MS, du livre A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD : Embrace Neurodiversity, Live Boldly, and Break Through Barriers. En plus de son travail clinique individuel, le Dr Frank propose une thérapie de couple selon la méthode Gottman aux couples touchés par le TDAH. Passionné par la défense des droits, la sensibilisation et l'éducation, le Dr Frank contribue régulièrement aux conférences nationales sur le TDAH et aux programmes de soutien. Elle a été vice-présidente de l'ADDA, une organisation internationale à but non lucratif qui soutient les adultes atteints de TDAH. Elle est membre de l'APSARD (American Professional Society of ADHD and Related Disorders). Elle est diplômée de la Chicago School of Professional Psychology et de la Marquette University.
